What can it do? This utility allows an applicaiton to retrieve the device EMEI and IMSI number. Can I try it? We have compiled a demo using eVB and VB.NET to demonstrate the ease of use of this utility. The Sapphire EMEI DLL files are included in the project for use with WinCE. You can download the personal use version under the files section to ensure compatibility with your device. How does it work? The utility works by being called from the eVB/VB.NET source code and is linked by using the Declare Function statement which enables Visual Basic programs to use Dynamic-Linked Libraries.
